 | Veteran SP Rush Stays in Pittsburgh Saturday, September 17th, 1960: Pittsburgh management got a shot in the arm today as Bob Rush announced he would re-sign with the organization at a rate of $73,160 per year. While some have questioned hiring a 34-year-old man, most fans and sportswriters appear receptive as Rush is still an A list player.
