Saturday, June 9th, 1962: It was a 15-K day for Los Angeles pitcher Sandy Koufax at Crosley Field today. He really put on a show in beating the Cincinnati Reds 7-1. Koufax had his good stuff and good location and that was good enough to chalk up a Dodgers victory. He gave up 1 hit in the game and issued no walks in a strong performance.
